miss out on this session at the IRS Tax forums. I will be a panelist
at the Las Vegas forum and to say this session is beyond the basics is
putting it mildly. We will be addressing the due diligence and conflict
of interest provisions of Circular 230, which ALL tax preparers
need to understand and comply with. The hypothetical covers a multitude
