Jerry, I am amazed that any candidate for NSA 2nd VP or any other Officer candidate would not already have done their research on the proposed ByLaw Amendments, formed an opinion and be ready to defend their position. Any candidate who has not already done so, is not a serious candidate in my opinion. All of the candidates running for 2nd VP have been around long enough and heard all the arguments. Decision time for them was months ago - not on the eve of the election.
The NSA needs leaders who will think, be prepared to make decisions, defend those decisions when called on to do so and be prepared to LEAD.
I found it almost laughfulable that one candidate polled other members before stating a position. Will leadership-by-polling be that candidates method of leading the NSA?
