Frank Haarlander, a certified public accountant, is a co-founder of Keystone Financial Solutions, P.C., a CPA firm. Frank has specialized in tax planning for over 30 years advising sole proprietorships, regular C corporations, subchapter S corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies (LLCs). His background and experience includes tax consulting for PricewaterhouseCoopers, an international accounting and consulting firm, and holding the VP of Tax or Tax Director (senior tax officer) position with several Fortune 500 companies. He has an MBA degree in accounting from Rutgers University and a masters in tax degree from Villanova University's School of Law. Frank is a member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, and the National Association of Accountants. He has held memberships in the Tax Executives Institute (TEI). While a member of the TEI, Frank served on the Philadelphia chapter's board of directors and various tax committees. Frank has served as an adjunct professor at both undergraduate and graduate universities. Frank has had several articles published in business publications. He also speaks to business associations about how to significantly reduce taxes paid and how to improve cash flows. Frank serves as a volunteer for the SBA’s SCORE program.
