Americans have increasing international tax reporting requirements.
With more immigrants coming to the U.S. and the increase in nonresidents
who have real estate or business interests in the U.S., create the need
for preparers to have at least a basic understanding of international
tax issues.
During the webinar, you will get a basic overview of
international tax issues including potential tax filings, FBAR and
FACTA, potential first year tax elections such as 601(g) and (h),
expatriation requirements, tax treaties, tax filing and planning,
foreign tax credits and earned income exclusion and the non-filer
program.
