Recently Ed Catmull, one of the Pixar founders, made the following comment:
"It isn't enough to be open to ideas. You have to make it easy for people to contribute. To reach the rest, stick your head into offices and cubicles. A good idea can come from anywhere."
Pixar is one of the only Hollywood studios that always has a hit. The reason for their success rests on a lot of things, one of which is the management style of the company.
