Ethics - It Begins and Ends with You

Designed for tax professionals who share the same ethical concerns of quality of work product and dedication to public service.  A review of several areas of Circular 230 in the context of the real world of taxation will leave tax professionals aware of ethical dilemmas and confident that although ethical trials will come there way the measurement of success is how the ethical dilemma is handled.

  • Practitioners will learn professionalism of conduct in the Code of Conduct of their Professional Organization - NSA
  • Identify who can practice before the IRS and what is expected of these practitioners
  • Discuss what happens when practitioners do not behave accordingly

  • Evaluate new IRS emphasis on Employment Tax Audits and Responsibility of Tax Professionals
