Kelly Ann O'Kelly began working at Hettick Accounting in October of 2012. Since working there, she has continued to learn and grow as a professional taking on new responsibilities and learning new skills. As the Business and Accounting Manager, Kelly is in charge of monthly bookkeeping clients, social media, marketing, communication, and the office workflow.
After graduating from Seattle Pacific University in 2009 with a B.A. in Individual and Family Development, Kelly moved to Mexico to volunteer. She lived in Mexico for 2 years, volunteering at Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos, an orphanage and home to over 700 children in Miacatlan, Morelos. After volunteering abroad, Kelly took a job with Seattle Children's Hospital where she was a Family Services Coordinator and was able to use her Spanish on a daily basis.
In 2012 Kelly was ready for a change; it was perfect timing as a spot had just opened up at Hettick Accounting and she seized the opportunity to work with her mom. She feels very fortunate to be able to work for the family business which allows her to work from home and raise her 2 children, Kaelyn Ruth and Brooks David.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, drinking wine, hiking, and playing outside.
