The globe is shrinking to where a lot of clients have international issues and may not realize it. Whether your client accidently invested in a PFIC or they receive a K-1 with international reporting requirements, practitioners need to know how to handle these issues, especially since the penalties can be very large for simple mistakes. In this course, we will discuss common international issues that arise for clients and how to properly deal with them. We will also look at common international issues where practitioners need to be asking their clients for additional information.
