Knoxville Gear Up Business Entities Seminar

The 2017 Business Entities seminar focuses on the latest tax strategies for small business.  This year’s course covers an array of changes related to the recent PATH and Surface Transportation Reauthorization Act.  Besides a complete analysis of various forms of business entity, this year’s course will cover changes in return and extension deadlines, maximizing depreciation benefits under recent regulations, understanding the new variation in partnership interest rules, understanding IRS reasonable compensation calculation and a myriad of other business issues.

• Registration 7:30 am; Seminar 8:00 am; morning and afternoon breaks; on-site lunch
• A $35 processing fee will be assessed for cancellations made BEFORE early registration deadlines end.
• NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER EARLY REGISTRATION ENDS.
